God's sake

One of the most interesting things that I read that made me think in Problem II was on page 62. “Faith itself cannot be mediated into the universal, for it is thereby annulled.” Right before Kierkegaard is saying that there is a misrepresentation for God’s sake. “”he hardly did it for God’s sake, meaning thereby that he did it for his own sake.
